Send Us Proof
Submit a price match request through our contact form with:
- The competitor product URL
- A screenshot showing their current price
- The DuraMax model and size you want to match
- Your delivery zip code (so we compare total delivered prices)
We Verify
Within one business day, our team confirms:
- The competitor is an authorized DuraMax retailer
- The product is identical and in stock
- The full delivered price (product + shipping + tax) is actually lower
We Match or Beat
Once approved, you choose:
- An adjusted price applied before you check out — we send you a custom checkout link
- Or, if you've already purchased, a refund credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days
What Qualifies
For a fair apples-to-apples comparison, all five conditions must be met:
- Same DuraMax product — identical model and dimensions (a 10.5x8 Woodbridge Plus only matches against the same 10.5x8 Woodbridge Plus).
- New, in-stock, unopened. No demo units, no closeouts.
- Authorized DuraMax retailer. Marketplace sellers, eBay listings, and Amazon third-party sellers don't qualify.
- Full delivered price match. The competitor's total — product + shipping + tax — must be lower than our total to the same delivery zip code.
- Within the request window. Submit before you place your order, or within 7 days of purchasing from us.
What's Excluded
The price match guarantee does not apply to:
- Clearance, liquidation, or closeout pricing
- Open-box, used, refurbished, or damaged items
- Unauthorized resellers, marketplace listings (eBay, Amazon third-party, etc.)
- Auction prices or limited-quantity flash sales
- Membership-only pricing (Costco, Sam's Club, contractor pricing tiers)
- Pricing errors and obvious typos on competitor sites
- Promotional bundle offers ("buy one, get accessories free" packages)
- Out-of-stock or backorder listings
- Coupon or discount code stacking (we honor the lowest single price, not stacked promos)
DuraMax BP reserves the right to deny price match requests that don't meet eligibility — though we'll always tell you exactly why so you can correct and resubmit if applicable.
