Every DuraMax product sold at DuraMax BP is covered by the manufacturer's factory warranty. Below is the warranty length and coverage summary for each product line, plus downloadable PDFs of the official manufacturer warranty documents. Need help filing a claim? Vinyl Sheds
15 YearsApplies to all DuraMax vinyl shed models including Woodbridge, Woodbridge Plus, DuraPlus, Duramate, StoreMax, StoreMate, StorePro, StoreAll, SidePro, YardMate and Pent Roof series.
Covers manufacturing defects in vinyl resin panels, structural framing components, doors, and hardware under normal residential use. The 15-year term begins on the date of original purchase. Warranty is non-transferable.

10 YearsApplies to all DuraMax vinyl garage models — including the 10.5 ft wide series in 15ft, 18ft, 20.5ft, 25.5ft, 28ft and 30.5ft lengths.
Covers manufacturing defects in vinyl panels, steel reinforcement framework, garage doors, windows and included hardware. Foundation kit hardware is included in the warranty.

10 YearsApplies to all DuraMax Insulated Building models including Glass rooms and the Flat or Gable Top series in 13x10, 16x10, 19x10, 22x10 and 23x10 configurations.
Covers the insulated wall panel system, structural frame, roof assembly, doors and windows. Insulation R-value and thermal performance covered for the duration of the warranty when installed per manual.

10 YearsApplies to DuraMax metal shed and garage products including the Eco Metal Shed, Palladium Premier, and Metal Garage series.
Covers manufacturing defects in galvanized steel panels, rust-through under normal residential conditions, structural framing, and hardware. UV-resistant powder coat finish covered against blistering and peeling.

Covers manufacturing defects in steel construction, hinges, latching hardware, and finish. Includes coverage against rust-through under normal residential use.

10 YearsApplies to all DuraMax PVC wall panel products and accessories — including garage wall panels, basement wall panels, washable wall panels, and trim/transition pieces.
Covers manufacturing defects in panel material, color stability, and resistance to delamination, warping, or cracking under normal indoor conditions. Coverage applies when panels are installed per the DuraMax installation guide.

LifetimeApplies to all DuraMax vinyl fence systems including privacy, semi-privacy, picket, pool, perimeter, and no-dig fence lines.
Limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in vinyl posts, rails, pickets, and caps against cracking, peeling, blistering, rotting, and corroding under normal residential use. Hardware components carry a separate 10-year warranty.

Covers manufacturing defects in the resin shell, lid, hinges, and lift mechanism. Includes UV stability for the duration of the warranty term under normal outdoor residential use.

2 YearsApplies to DuraMax outdoor furniture including the Cove side table, Ashton convertible bench/table, and Cosmoplast garden bench series.
Covers manufacturing defects in resin and metal components, hardware, and finish under normal residential outdoor use. Does not cover cushions, fabric, or upholstery (covered separately if applicable).

2 YearsApplies to DuraMax garage storage products including tool chests, workbenches, freestanding cabinets, wall cabinets, industrial desks, and complete combo sets.
Covers manufacturing defects in steel construction, drawer slides, hinges, locks, and hardware under normal residential or light shop use. Heavy commercial use voids the warranty.

If your DuraMax product develops a defect covered by the manufacturer's warranty, follow these steps:
- Gather your information. You'll need your order number (sent via email at purchase), the product name and model, the date you received the product, and a description of the issue with clear photos.
- Contact our support team. Submit your claim through our contact form or call (877) 658-6569 Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PST. Reference the word "warranty" in your message so we route it to the right person.
- We coordinate with DuraMax. As your authorized dealer, we have a direct line to DuraMax warranty support. We submit the claim on your behalf, follow up if needed, and keep you updated.
- Receive your remedy. Depending on the defect, the manufacturer will issue replacement parts, a full product replacement, or a repair authorization. Most claims are resolved within 7–14 business days.

What's Not Covered
Manufacturer warranties on DuraMax products are limited warranties against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. They do not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation or failure to follow the assembly manual.
- Acts of nature beyond the rated wind/snow load — hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, fallen trees, flooding.
- Normal wear and aesthetic changes over time — minor color fade from prolonged UV exposure, scuffs from regular use, weathering.
- Damage from misuse or modification — drilling additional holes, painting, attaching unapproved accessories, structural modifications.
- Commercial or industrial use when a product is rated for residential use only.
- Vandalism, theft, or accidental damage.
- Shipping damage (handled separately under our 48-hour freight inspection policy).
- Labor costs for disassembly, re-assembly, or removal of the original product.
Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase — it's required for any claim.
