This collection brings together every DuraMax building at the garage and larger-shed scale - 12 products that share one trait: they all require permits regardless of jurisdiction, slab foundations, and substantial install effort.

The vinyl garages (seven sizes from 10.5x15.5 to 10.5x30.5) provide vehicle storage with double drive-in doors. 10.5 ft drive-in width fits standard cars, SUVs, and most pickups with workshop space along the back wall. The Imperial metal garages (four configurations - 12x20 and 12x26 in two color combinations each) provide wider 12 ft drive-in for trucks, tandem vehicles, or workshop-emphasis builds. The Apex Pro 15x8 vinyl shed is the widest shed in the line - 120 sq ft with two front doors plus two side windows, the architectural shed option at the larger scale.

For all 12 products, plan for: permit process (allow 2-8 weeks depending on jurisdiction), structural engineering documentation often required at 200+ sq ft, 4-inch concrete slab foundation at minimum (some jurisdictions require 6-inch at the largest sizes), electrical service from your main panel (most owners install sub-panels), and professional installation as the more common path at this scale (typical contractor cost: $1,500-$4,000 depending on size and region).
