Different from vinyl sheds (which are storage-grade with no insulation, electrical-readiness, or finished interior intent), the insulated buildings ship with the features that occupancy requires.
11 options spanning the full size range. Compact (100-130 sq ft): Garden Glass Room 10x10 (32001), Garden Glass Room 13x10 (32003), Gable Top 13x10 (30932), Flat Top 13x10 (30832). For solo offices, compact studios, and occasional guest space. Mid-size (160-190 sq ft): Gable Top 16x10 (30952), Flat Top 16x10 (30852), Gable Top 19x10 (30962), Flat Top 19x10 (30862). All use the same insulated panel construction with PVC outer surfaces and foam cores. All ship electrical-ready (not pre-wired but designed to accommodate residential service).
