Can I add a bathroom?
Yes - structures 100+ sq ft accommodate bathroom plumbing. You will need a licensed plumber and permits for water and sewer connections. The shed itself is the enclosure, not the plumbing.

Pool houses serve the backyard pool zone in three typical configurations - changing room (small structure, swim suit and towel storage), cabana (mid-size, includes lounge space), and full pool house (largest, may include bathroom and kitchenette plumbing). DuraMax vinyl structures work for all three configurations depending on size selection.
Vinyl is the right material for pool environments. Chlorine vapor that destroys wood pool houses within a decade does not affect vinyl. Pool humidity that rots wood framing and warps wood doors does not absorb into closed-cell vinyl framing. Saltwater pool spray that corrodes metal does not affect vinyl exterior or hardware.
Build orientation matters. Place pool house on the side of the pool that faces the prevailing wind - shields the pool from wind chill and uses the pool house as a visual anchor. Allow 8-10 ft clearance between pool edge and structure for walkway and seating.
