Sidemate is the original DuraMax narrow-profile shed series. The envelope is sized specifically for the strip between residential house and property-line fence - typically 3-4 ft depth and 6-10 ft length. This captures the most common side-yard installation use case where homeowners want to use the otherwise-wasted side-yard strip for storage.
Common Sidemate storage includes garbage and recycling can storage (the original use case for many installations), garden tools, hand tools, pool supplies, sports equipment, bicycles, and seasonal items. The narrow depth means the shed does not protrude into the side-yard walkway, but the length provides meaningful storage capacity.
